You have respected all the requirements needed and written in the description of the product or in the video product.
The Assistance is able to recognize a problem on the products, so the problem depend on us.
You cannot ask a refund if there was an error from you, so if you go wrong purchasing a pakage instead of other we cannot do anything.
Read carefully the description before buying anything. Since the products are not protected by any serial, you could use any package if you have the correct software, so the wrong purchase could anyway be usable.
