Normally digital poducts cannot be returned, as they are downloadable, however, if you are not completely satisfied with purchase, you may ask for a refund for a full refund or an exchange or discount.

You can ask a refund only after the following requirements are fully satisfied:

It must not be more than 7 days since the date of purchase.

You have tried to install our product following our information without success.

You have respected all the requirements needed and written in the description of the product or in the video product.

The Assistance is able to recognize a problem on the products, so the problem depend on us.

You cannot ask a refund if there was an error from you, so if you go wrong purchasing a pakage instead of other we cannot do anything.
Read carefully the description before buying anything. Since the products are not protected by any serial, you could use any package if you have the correct software, so the wrong purchase could anyway be usable.
In this term we cannot provide any refund. Next time BE SMARTER!
