End-User License Agreement (EULA) of “PRESETS FOR ALL” products.
Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using “Presets For All” products.
By downloading our products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase and do not download or use our products.
License
"Presets For All" with this grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the "Presets For All" products you've purchased on your devices by the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to use the "Presets For All" products that you've purchased under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the requirements of the "Presets For All" products.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
"Preset For All" shall at all times retain ownership of the products as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the products by you. The products (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the product, including any modifications made to it) are and shall remain the property of "Presets For All".
"Presets For All" reserves the right to grant licenses to use the products to third parties.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) Reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the products or make the products available to any third party.
Modifications to Products
“Presets For All” reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any products or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or “Presets For All”
“Presets For All” may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from “Presets For All” in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the products and all copies thereof from your desktop.
“Presets For All” products are non-tangible digital goods that mainly can not be returned. Therefore “Presets For All” mainly does not offer any refunds after the purchase is completed.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the products and delete all copies of the products from your from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
“Presets For All” reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
